1) Open propertysheet in Resource perspective (view appears wide in the bottom 
right side of window.  columns are layed-out).
2) Drag propertysheet on top of outline view such that it is much narrower than 
before.  The columns remain huge, and typically the first column is wider than 
the entire Table widget.

Is this still an issue in 3.2?

The propertysheet is in such a state of abandonment that addressing this issue would be pointless. The tabbed properties view needs more attention at this point.

As of now 'LATER' and 'REMIND' resolutions are no longer supported.
