Create a Java project, and choose Properties.
Flip through the property pages.
Some have no margins, with their widgets starting in the top left corner of the page.
Others have a small margin.
E.g. Info has them, but Managing doesn't.

They generally look better with a margin, but either way we should be consistent.

JFace preference and property classes Java doc updated. UI preference pages
