Steps To Reproduce:
If you use JAWS to read a TitleAreaDialog which is capable of displaying error messages on the top. The red error icon is read as "Graphic 516 read only edit". Which to most people doesn't mean much.

This is a JAWS issue, which we have opened with them before.
