We should rename our problem categories to Plug-in Problem and Plug-in Problems...

PDE is too esoteric for newbies

Here is a context to help you. In this case, we want
marker.category=PDE Problems
marker.grouping.type=PDE Problem Type

to be

marker.category=Plug-in Problems
marker.grouping.type=Plug-in Problem Type
