We need to have scripts to run our JPA tests in a JEE server.
We also need to be able to run core tests and run tests in Spring, but that can be a separate bug.

Added server tests in eclipselink.jpa.test,
- added ant tasks to run tests on a generic JEE server
- build.xml call <server>.xml <server>.properties do deploy, etc.
- added oc4j.xml oc4j.properties for running on oc4j
- other servers can be separate bug
- added task for sessionbean and fieldaccess tests
- other tests can be separate bug
