According to the ANT documentation 
(http://jakarta.apache.org/ant/manual/using.html#targets) a target can be named 
with a starting hyphen if the target should not be called directly. I think 
that these targets should be excluded from the target list in the "Run Ant" 
dialog.

Targets names which start with "-" are not shown in the new external tool 
rework ui.

Note: new external tool work is not yet released to the head stream and won't 
for a while yet.
