Looking at perf results for I20071106-0816 build, I saw that
org.eclipse.core.tests.runtime.perf.StartupTest.testApplicationStartup
 is grayed in the global fingerprint.

The comment says: "Performance decrease caused by the JAR signing. See https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=180219 for details.". Bug 180219 is about regression between 3.2 and 3.3 and so, is not a valid explanation for regression between 3.3 and 3.4!

The comment should be changed or removed...
