The DiagramNameCompartmentEditpart does not listen to changes to the diagram it references.  If you rename a diagram which is shown in a DiagramNameCompartmentEditpart, the name change will not be reflected on the diagram.

I added code in DiagramNameCompartmentEditPart.activate() to listen to its parent semantic element.
