I have an old history that is missing some features (they correctly show up in
the UI as missing). When I select Show Status for one of these, I get a message
saying:

Unable to determine status of feature <featureurl>, The site is NULL.

We know the status .... it is missing.The message should say so. 

I have opened this against UI because UI knows it is missing (ie. missing
feature type). Core does not.
