When Automatically build option is selected sometime we are noticing that .class file are not getting regenerated.

'Sometime' is a little bit vague...

Do you have a specific scenario to reproduce this problem? When it happens, can you have a look at .log file and attach it to this bug if there's anything interesting in it. What is the build you're using 3.2, 3.2.1 or 3.2.2?

It is not happening regularly, it happens centrainly. So, there is no particular scenario to reproduce it.

We are using 3.2.2.
