Description James Moody CLA 2001-10-10 21:38:02 EDT 
Compare project or folder with stream resource.
	Select a changed file.
	Edit the local file in the left-hand pane.

	There is no visual indication that the file has been changed.
	Furthermore, closing the compare editor does not prompt to save changes.

Dependent PR now fixed, but this bug still exists.

Fixed. There is another bug however open on compare about the way we are
prompted for saving more often that we should.
