Select a launch configuration under Java Application or under JUnit.

Go to the arguments tab, and edit the VM arguments. (I didn't test the Program
arguments.)

Select a different launch configuration.

A dialog box appears, 'The configuration "blah" has unsaved changes. Do you wish
to save them.'

Problems:
(1) It is not possible to mouse-click any of the visible buttons. (ESC and
return work, however.)
(2) eclipse blocks other applications from grabbing the focus while this dialog
is displayed.

Eric...which build are you using?

Jared...can you take a look at this one...see if it is a gtk problem?
