Kevin you've had most exposure to Dialogs and enablement -- could this be done without API change? Yes, this can be done without API changes. Will provide a patch shortly. Created attachment 73895 [details]
Archives are visible on connections that support archive management
I added a check to see if the first selected file to move supports archive management and if it does set the viewer filter to also display archives. If it does not support archive management then archives won't be displayed.
