Steps To Reproduce:
Install eclipse-3.3rc4
download cdt-master-xxx archive update site
run software updates.
The feature names look right but the descriptions (that show
up below the list of features when you select one)
aren't all right.


More information:
The CDT SDK description is the same as the CDT runtime.
XL C/C++ has an &apos. in the description

And while we're at it, if you care,
The feature name(?) for the runtime says "Tools" but the SDK says "Tooling".

Patch applied. It only fixed the SDK. I'll assume the xlc one was handled separately.

Chris fixed the wording of the xlC one already.
