- open two CUs
- DnD a method from CU one to CU two in linking mode (Shift+Ctrl+Drag)
  observe: you can only drop the method on a type.
- do the same in copy mode
  observe: you can drop the method on methods as well

It makes sense to determine the insertion position in linking mode as well.

Chaning state from assigned later to resolved later. Assigned later got 
introduced by the last bug conversion and is not a supported Eclipse bug state.
