Steps To Reproduce:
1)Currently WsdlFirstProjectWizard wizard doesn't show progress bar, I can see that in STP ProjBaseWizard class setNeedsProgressMonitor() is set to true in init() call, however it never shown during long time operation(such as when WsdlToJavaGenerator will call WsdlGen tool to generate code) so it needs to be fixed I could enter bug for it. 
2)Also WsdlFirstProjectWizard doesn't show any icon in Wizard dialog title area this issue should be addressed as well.
