Steps To Reproduce:
1. Switch to the CVS Repository Exploring perspective.
2. Select a repository location.
3. From the pop-up menu select Refresh Branches.
4. Select the radio button for Working Sets.
5. Click Other....
6. Add at least two Working Sets.

The list for working set name will display something similar to this:
Aggregate:<your WS#1>:<your WS#2>:

IMHO there could be a better solution here (eg. comma separated list).

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.
