Steps
-	start the workbench
-	create a project
-	create a text file file1.txt (create it inside project1)
-	observe that the editor is open
-	exit the workbench

-	go to the ms file explorer
-	delete file1.txt from the file system
-	restart the workbench

the following dialog message appears
"Cannot open input element: File not found."

-	Click ok

-	Close the editor by clicking on it's lose box

- error dialog occurs
"An internal error has occured. See error log for more details"

BUG
This does not tell me the name of the log file or where to find it.

And the .log file in D:\greg_ide\ide_021
\eclipse\.metadata\.plugins\com.ibm.eclipse.core.resources
	does not have any contents

Need to resolve larger issue of how to report errors. The
requirements for the plugin developer are different
from a product. It's not good for the end user to be directed to a log
file with a stack trace.
