Build: 20020529

The classpath list on the External Tools->Ant preference page stretches to show 
all the classpaths. However, these classpaths can be very long, making the 
preference page dialog box unnecessarily wide. Also, when the dialog is 
manually resized, the list box does not scroll horizontally. Instead, we lost 
the button bank to the right of the list box when the user shrinks the dialog.
