Steps To Reproduce:
1. Open Windows > Help Content > C/C++ Developer Guide > Reference > C/C++ Preferences > C/C++ Editor Preferences
2. Note list shown does not match that shown in Preferences window for CDT 4.0 (Select Content Assist, Advanced, Folding, Hovers, Templates, or Typing)
3. Click any of the shown pref pages, and info is outdated

- edited or added panels for Cont Assist, Adv, Folding, Hovers, Templates, Typing

Applied to HEAD. I exchanged the image of the general editor preference page (which had a red tint). Hope that's OK.
