Refactor popup: should indicate move targets. Currently the user cannot know where he can move the popup.

The popup should offer a context menu on right click, which lists all the snap positions.

Targets are available in the popup's view menu. Deferring implementation of proposal from bug 173056 (show additional rectangles while dragging).
