Currently you always need to fix URLs after pasting them from a browser into the XML editor.

When you paste a string containing an "&" (ampersand) into XML, it would be nice if the "&" would automatically be replaced by "&amp;".

Of course, this replace should not occur if the "&" is part of an entity (like "&amp;" itself, or "&#160;").

We'd at least want to also add a preference to control this behavior, but it's a good idea.

Still a valid idea in WTP 3.2

It would require a preference, similar to JDT, so that literal pastes are still possible.
