To match all of the other default settings for fonts, the default setting for 
the external tools console font should be the workbench text font (see 
WorkbenchChainedTextFontFieldEditor).

The new external tool support will use the debug console and therefore its 
preferences.

Note: new external tool work is not yet released to the head stream and won't 
for a while yet.
