Description Gary Gregory CLA 2006-12-08 15:03:16 EST
Build ID: I20061102-1715

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Make sure your CVS repository is not reachable. For me, that means not being connected through VPN to our network.
2. Commit a resource.
3. The 'Committing resources' opens and then changes to an error dialog.

More information:
From that point, I'd like to be able to resolve my connection issue outside of Eclipse and then come back in E and click "Retry".

While this is a good idea, it is also a fair amount of work and we don't have the manpower to do it.

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.

If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it. The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is (for whatever reason) no longer relevant.
