The following patch needs to be applied to the HEAD stream of the org.eclispe.cdt.debug.ui plug-in to be compatible with changes in the debug platform scheduled for 3.3M4 release (Dec 15th, 2006).

The changes are mostly a re-org of imports, and also account for a small change in the PresentationContext (which no longer refers to a workbench part, but contains an id instead).
