Build 20020521 (1:39pm)

1) Create a plugin project
2) Go to the dependencies tab on plugin.xml
3) Click the "Add..." button

Note the tree roots are missing their catalog messages.  It shows:

Preferences.AdvancedTracingPage.workspacePlugins
Preferences.AdvancedTracingPage.externalPlugins

Also, those root elements have a checkbox, but it can never be checked off.
