Double-clicking on the margins (to put a breakpoint) does not work.
There are other places where there is no double click.

Removed obtaining the time in sendEvent/postEvent.
This fixes the problem in my configuration (0519-I, swt.jar built from CVS
snapshot of May21, 01:05am EST.)
