To navigate code that a web project is dependent upon, you must find the jar under the web project in "Package Explorer".  The jars appear under the web project in the order they are defined in the "Java Jar Dependencies" under the properties for that web project.  It would nice to have an option to have those jars listed alphabetically under the project.
