1. Show the revision information in the quick diff ruler
2. Click on an annotation in the ruler
Now, when leaving the ruler the black borders are sticky, which is ok of course, but when clicking on it I've got now feedback that something happened, changing the border color would give me that feedback.
3. Now hover over another annotation, the sticky border goes away, but when leaving the ruler, the sticky border is back.
IMHO there should be two kind of borders, the sticky one and the non sticky one, distinguished by different colors.
