Add a "Restore Default" button to the Package Explorer -> Filters... dialog box.

Use case: 
In the package explorer I select "Filters..." and select/deselect some of the elements I want to exclude from the view. Later I want to work with the "standard" selection Eclipse came "out of the box" but I can only click on "Select All" or "Deselect All". A "Restore Default" would seem helpful to me.
