When editing UML models with the provided editor, there is no display of the metamodel class which the selected model element belongs to.  

Ken Hussey said that it was decided to remove this, because the new icons were sufficient to identify the class.  The icons are helpful, but I still want the class name please!

The type names have been restored (as were orginally removed) as part of bug 85177.
