Defect is specific to multi-user of CVS/CC epf library. In the method configuration editors, under "View" tab, try to add a view for a method configuration which is checked-out by other CVS/CC user, CVS/CC watch/edit thing prompts saying someone already checked-out and do you want to continue checked-out, say no to the prompt, it still creates a view in the UI layer, not in the persistence layer.  If close and re-open the configuration, added view will be  gone, its just a refresh issues.

Now add view action prompts the user to checkout before adding the configuration view to table viewer (UI layer).  Fixed.
