A method configuration is made closure by fixing errors, even did add missing references. Method configuration is clean from errors and warnings. Saved the method configuration. Information properly saved to configuration xmi files. 
Reopen the method configuration, just click twice on "Show Configuration warning log viewer" button in configuration editors (Plugin package selection tab), result  log viewer shows bunch of warnings and also plug-in selection content viewer marks all the plugin with warning icon. This is just display issue, it didn't corrupt the configuration files. This will certainly creates confusion by showing warnings back after make closure on the configuration.  

Detail Steps:
1. Create a method configuration. 
2. Select few available plug-in in "plug-in and package selection tab".
3. Click on "Add missing references" button.
4. Click on "Make closure by fixing errors" button.
5. Save the method configuration.
6. Re-open the same configuration just saved. 
7. Just click twice on "Show configuration log viewer" button.
   Results:  Log viewer shows bunch of warnings. 

Expected Results: Log viewer should display empty with no warning, because this method configuration is already marked closure.
