To reproduce the problem:

o Start Eclipse
o Open Report Perspective
o Create a Report project "SmokeTest"
o Create a New Report(File->New->Report)
o Select a "Grouped Listing" report
o Go to Data Explorer
o Add a New Data Source - select default - Classic Models Inc. Sample Database
o Add a New Data Set - Create SQL Query (SELECT * from Customers table)
o Drag Customers table fields onto the report design form
o Go to the Preview tab of the report design editor
o Open the report in the Web viewer, the HTML viewer and the PDF viewer

Result: The Web viewer shows only the first page of the report.

Can't reproduce it. Please check the latest version -- 2.1.0RC4 later. Thanks.
