Right now you have to make two steps to edit the active working set from the Window > Working Sets > Edit... menu.  

It would be nice to be able to more quickly get to the stage where you are editing the single active working set in the case where the window working set is just one working set.

See the View menu for the Package Explorer as an example of this.

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.
