.ComboViewerRefreshTest#testRefreshSmall() has a larget spike on 20060307 - I suspect this is because of a test that did not get backported properly.

This is also an issue for FastTableViewerRefreshTest#testUpdateMultiple()

Looking again as this is only a problem on Windows it looks like a genuine regression.

The Viewers performance tests look OK now, closing as invalid.
