I've added support in bug 78722 to show a description for a perspective if
available to forshadow for a new user what a perspective does and why we would
want to switch the perspective for you.

Debug also has a dialog that asks the user if they want to switch perspectives.

I've written a patch to update the debug perspective description and change the dialog, please apply this patch and/or feel free to write your description/code as you see fit.
