Details:
Border in properties is error

In properties, border's style and width is a piece of black piece. It can't see what style or width.

This issue happens only under SWT 3.0 and Linux WS/AS. The issus is SWT3.0 get wrong background clolor as black. Add code to compatible with SWT 3.0 under Linux WS/AS.
