when exporting CVS repositories, the Custom Label of the CVS Repository is not saved.

Steps to reproduce:

A. Export CVS Repositories
========================
1. Start with a fresh install of Eclipse 3.1.1 with a new Workspace (lets calls this Workspace A)
2. Switch to the CVS Repository Exploring perspective
3. Create a new Repository Location and click OK
4. In the CVS Repositories view, right click on the newly created Repository Location and select Properties
5. Select Use Custom Label radio box and type in a new label and click OK
6. From menu bar select File -> Export -> Preferences -> Next
7. Select Choose Specific Preferences to Export radio button
8. Click on CVS Repositories checkbox
9. Enter a filename for To Preference File and click on the Finish button

B. Import CVS Repositories
========================
10. Start with a fresh install of Eclipse 3.1.1 with a new Workspace (lets calls this Workspace B)
11. From menu bar select File -> Import -> Preferences -> Next
12. Type in the name of the preferences file from Step 9.
13. Select CVS Repositories check box and then click the Finish button
14. Switch to the CVS Exploring Repositories perspective
15. Notice that the custom label from Step 5 was not retained and instead is the default full repository URL in the form: :pserver:someuser@someserver:someport/somepath/someproject

If someone took the time to set the labels for a large number of repositories and this information is lost, the work to reset the repositories custom labels is an acceptable workaround but an inconvenience. Otherwise, great job!!

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.

If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it. The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is (for whatever reason) no longer relevant.
