Steps to repeat.
-create Logic example;
-add any element to the view, move it behind the view bottom to make vertical scrollbar appear;
-start connection drawing from the element;
At this step, while mouse is moving over the view, GEF draws connection feedback line to the mouse pointer;
-scroll viewport with mouse wheel - connection feedback is not updated - this is the bug;
-move mouse a little - the feedback is correctly updated.
