When on the last line, hitting Shift + Down should select the rest of the text on that line and the caret should be placed at the end of the line.  Similarly, for when navigating up from the first line.  These cases do not currently work in the text example.  I've added a TODO where this code should go in TextFlowPart#searchRow().
