on saving a dirty editor, "Save Resource" dialog pops up , the image on this 
dialog box is missing an alternate text required for accessibility compliance.

Can you be more specific about which dialog you are referring to?  Saving a dirty editor will simply save it.  Are you referring to the "Save As" dialog?

Also, can you give an example of a dialog which has the alternate text as you expect?  My observation is that most wizards have an image and the title and message shown in the dialog are redundant with that image, so I must be missing something.

correction in the original description , I wanted to say "on closing" a dirty editor we get a "Save Resource" dialog which doesnt have alt text. However , I just got to know from our accessibility specialist that this would not count for not being accessible. So i think this can be closed. thanks for your time.
