javadoc for IWorkingCopy:: getWorkingCopy() does not tell me 
if the working copy returned will be a new one or not

i'm not sure if i can safely modify its content or there's somebody else 
holding a pointer to it too

javadoc should be more explicit here

Fixed the javadoc to state a 'new' working copy is answered.
