This may be 'major', but I don't have any precise steps yet: I started the build
for the first time, then in a CU tried code assist (the VM dumps reveal that the
info for a proposal is being requested). Then the CPU went to 100% and stayed
there for at least 2-3 minutes.

I took two VM dumps (will attach below) and finally had to kill eclipse.
