We moved the ResourceMapping to an API package (bug 106346) and I forgot that 
there was an entry in the Compare plugin.xml that needs to be updated. I will 
attach a patch that contains the required change. This needs to be in next 
weeks integration build (sorry for no advanced warning, it was an oversight on 
my part).
