The Java Formatter further indents <pre> blocks inside of JavaDocs each time the
"Source / Format" functionality is invoked. This means, with each invocation,
the <pre> block moves one character more to the right. After several
invocations, the <pre> block is out of sight. This was told to be fixed in
Eclipse 3.0 but it seems it reoccured in 3.1.
