RCP applications need the ability to customize/brand the look and feel of this
dialog and it's associated pages.  Currently there is no convenient way for RCP
applications to customize the look and feel.  Perhaps the Presentation framework
could be extended to support this level of customization/branding.

What about other dialogs?  Skinning one particular dialog seems rather narrow.
