ensure that @SuppressAJWarnings are indeed suppressed during pointcut
operations. This requires wrapping major pointcut operations with calls to Lint
from the associated advice.

Calls now wrapped appropriately in BcelAdvice (Advice supertype has no knowledge
of the annotations, this could be refactored better if we had multiple
implementations of Advice, but since we don't it's plenty good enough for the
time being).
