I have yet to get a good test case, but I have seen this bug a few times and
it's frustrating enough that I think we should log it for now.

My current repository provider has not-so-great Eclipse support so I end up
using their UI and then refreshing all my projects.

Sometimes when I do this the build gets stuck while "Analyzing deltas".  Hitting
cancel does nothing and I end up having to terminate the java.

Changing to 3.1, because that's the build I'm using.

Hi Jed, hope you can narrow some steps. Maybe you could turn on some JDT/Core
traces to tell us more about what is occurring.

I'm trying to get it to happen again now that I'm running java.exe.  I'll post a
thread dump as soon as it happens again.
