eclipse\plugins\org.eclipse.jdt.doc.isv\doc_zip\guide\jdt_api_options.htm has 
a description of: 

Option to insert a new line after the opening brace in an array initializer 

Please confirm if that's incorrect description, and should read:

Option to insert a new line after annotation

The Javadoc in DefaultCodeFormatterConstants has the same copy-paste error.

Actually, this is only a doc change. +1 for 3.1.1 though it isn't critical.

Yes, this will be backported to 3.1.1 as it is only a doc change. It doesn't
affect the code formatter.
